Wine is made for Valentine’s Day. Maybe even more than candy hearts or sonnet-filled cards. It’s fun, flirty, and marries perfectly with however you’re celebrating; you can share a bottle over sweet conversation, lead your love through a romantic tasting for two, or play matchmaker with a few wine and food pairings.

Now that we know that wine and Valentine’s Day are meant for each other, it’s time to pop the question: 

Which wine should be mine? 

We always recommend going with what YOU love. After all, love is what Valentine’s Day is all about. But if you’re looking for a recommendation, we say ‘think pink.’

Brut Rosé 

With its extravagant effervescence and just a hint of pink, our Brut Rosé is compatible with whatever Valentine’s vibe you’re going for, whether elegant, romantic, or just plain fun. Bubbly is the traditional drink of celebration, and in keeping with tradition, ours is vinified in the traditional method, which creates the longest-lasting bubbles.

Our Brut Rosé loves to be paired with oysters on the half shell, a charcuterie board, or chocolate-covered strawberries.

Dry Rosé

Why go with flowers when you can have rosé? The name itself rouses thoughts of the exotic and romantic. Our Dry Rosé is crafted using the French Saigneé process, which only allows short contact of the grape skins during fermentation. Crisp, lively, and refreshing, it’s easy to fall in love.

Couple our Dry Rosé with Nicoise salad, grilled salmon, or raspberry dark chocolate.

Amelia

If there’s ever a day for sweetness, this is it. And like a good relationship, our Amelia wine is sweet yet well-balanced. A playful and charming Riesling and Concord blend with notes of grape jam, green apple, and citrus, this wine delightfully complements both spice and sweetness.

Makes a lovely match for spicy pad thai, white chocolate, or even candy hearts.
